I work for the Customer Loyalty Group and I’m fed up

Yep, sales are the worst. Daily occurence of promising lie, intentionally underexplainig services, not keeping their promises and over all scrwing over customers and other department. Any time Imanage to gen an ID of sales agent who did a fck up I take a break and spend it on filling out a serwice promise feedback. Just today I had to fix another of those. Guy wanted to cancel uverse TV and upgrade from 300 to 1000. What sales did was they canceled whole account and created a new one. Obviously they did it for new customer promos. But the punchline is they set it up for wrobg due date than customer specifically asked for as he is working from home. Customer threarens that if he doesnt have internet today, he will cancel. So I spent over an hour working in backend systems to change due date as I couldnt just do it in the order.
