Went in to upgrade a phone and left with an unwanted new phone plan.

The store rep stressed that we would be saving money by switching to the newest plan. But I remember one of the reps working with us through the process saw that one of our lines was on a legacy plan or something. They briefly spoke to us about considering switching the other lines to the new plan, and keeping the one line on the old plan. This whole process is still pretty new to me and my dad since my mom basically handled this all from the beginning so I apologize for my wording. I’m just upset about how each line went from $35 a month to now $80+, but I understand that this large charge is partially due to the upgraded phones which is fine. We went in for the new phones, we just did not need the new service.
