Working out while playing HoTS. My fun way of trying to stay in shape while being lazy.

When I read your reply all i'm reading is that how you are using your family or jobs as an excuse. I'm sorry not here for bashing but this is definitely what I'm reading.

I work out at the gym 3 days a week (which isn't a lot I know but it's a lot for me with a job and kids)

When the real reason is just that you are lazy and therefore should not blame your responsibilities for what you are doing or not doing.

because it sounds like the way you type that you are the only person who has a family or the only person who has a job. and that those overwhelms your free time as if, you were better without them. and as you might think right now what i'm typing is bullshit. exactly what I'm thinking when reading that Don't get me wrong, i'm not after insulting or bashing you

but for me it sounds like you've issues with scheduling everything around you.

i myself have equal amount of responsibilities. and no i'm not going to go into details. everyone has issues. but it just can't hurt anyone going to 1 hour gym a day which i do 7 times a week, yes some days i don't i believe im around 95% attendance a month.

and just to show you an example of my scheduling.

i wake up at 5 am, because at this time of the hour nobody will disturb me even the kids are sleeping.

until my 1st shift, i work out. i shower, eat errands (kids included in errands) you gotta do what you gotta do.

i meet at work at 8 or 10 depends on the daily task at hand.

leave 15-16 ish, but since i did all errands in the morning i'm heading home or picking up kids. dinner usually what the wife stands for, I sometimes do it as well, but lets remove the equation that i do not. then whelp 16ish home nothing to do rest of the day.

solution is simple wake up eairlier do all your errands, before world wakes up. and your a free man.

i'm definitely possible that everyone can execute something similar.

just don't bash your family or job as if it was a burden <-- which was the whole point i decided to reply all this.
