I would like to know if I am in the wrong here.

I understand how you feel. I was kicked out of a restaurant because I have a psychiatrist service dog and the owner requested paperwork. I was kind and told him about the ADA and the questions he was allowed to ask as a public restaurant. He then stated that he was the owner of the restaurant and that was his kingdom and he could ask me 1,000 question if he wanted. It’s exhausted. I rallied a team behind me to post reviews of his restaurant on google and all but two got deleted. The two that weren’t deleted, they just responded “sorry to hear this, come back in sometime”. So while it sucks and is unfair there’s really nothing you can do about your review being deleted. As an owner of a small business of google business, there is simply a delete review as an option. So like I said as much as it sucks, you could just repost your review or just accept that they actually might educate their employees and that this won’t happen to another SD team.
