You'd definitely be able to pull one off- I'm almost imagining something like Julian Edelman with the tapered sideburns to keep it looking well groomed. You have the right face structure for it

Would it be considered a glowup? I'm a fan of beards, but it depends what image you're going for. I could also see the beard length you have now/ slightly longer with a cleaned up neckline, but that's up to you!
