Wow...

Who's doing their work? If it's shared by other coworkers, I mean in a large scale company it doesn't matter much because more people will be there to share the load, but the smaller businesses will suffer a bit. I get sometimes it's necessary and I know mothers want to be with their spawn, but in a small business professional setting I don't see how a company won't suffer. Do you think that that's ok? I don't think the company should have to pay for anything past what's medically necessary unless there is an agreement between the employer and the employee. If there are any small business owners or relatively small scale company owners reading this, enlighten me if I'm wrong here.
