I agree. People are actually decent, unless you put them in a bad society. What we need is a sudden change, like a revolution. The Chinese civilization underwent one of those. They're much nicer now! Once they dismantled private property, the Chinese people reverted back to their natural selves, fundamentally altruistic. China is the world's only example of a functioning anarcho-communist nation state, where there isn't really a hierarchy, or "state" imposing its will on its subjects. People live in harmony, helping each other out, and competition is done in a fun and friendly manner. The Chinese do not foolishly chase material ambitions or hoard wealth. It's a utopia. It may have taken them 4000+ years, but they finally got there. Now it's just up to us to catch up.
