Maryland has banned unserialized firearms so my lower has definitely been destroyed and i have cannabilized this complete upper from it.
This will be good for budget pistol builds.
Excellent condition, sat around in the safe saw about 100 rounds of pmc rounds through it. Minor blemis and scratches on pic rail and handguard from mounting accesories and optics. Handguard nut screw has rust on it? Might be too humid in my area.
Does NOT come with muzzle device. I threw out the birdcage it came with to add a 100% legal muzzle device on it that i have now also destroyed.
Comes with BCG obviously, this is a complete upper.
