Well technically but the way I see it is that the way in which capatilism is run in our society is reliant on manipulative techniques put forth by psychologists in the early 20th century in order to give democracy the illusion of choice. It specifically exacerbates greed in people's behaviour, making them more inclined to be driven towards money as a pursuit of happiness. This combined with government studies conducted during Vietnam that show giving people numerical goals will lead to them abandoning their morality shows that pur current capatilist structure will inherently make people achieve monetary ambitions regardless of ethical consequences. Which is why a lot of big businesses still literally use slaves in parts of the world and when they can't do that they do the next best thing, give them enough of a wage to create a barely sustainable way of living. The money equates to shelter without any luxury and just enough food to survive. So basically what a slave would get but given in the form of currency.

You are right in that law and regulations are meant to prevent these issues from occuring in a capatilist soviety but when our structure of capatilism is built around manipulation of the subconcious mind in order to bring out people's insatiable side we see that in actuality capatlism will lead to be people sabotaging these rules and regulations in order to instil ways in which the next best thing to slavery can still occur.

At least that's my view on things. And I also think part of our difference of opinion (if there really is one because I do agree with you) is that you are talking about what capatilism is on a literal level and how it should be viewed and represented where as I am talking about capatilism in terms of what it has grown to be in our society today.
