No one can gate keep being a douche here. Not you, not me, no one. The reason people hate Penta is because he’s always following the rules but being a douche in his own way. I see some great story arcs out of him doing that.

If X does dumbfuck mald RP that you and I don’t like, doesn’t mean criminals don’t act in an unpredictable manner. The cops feeling fucked up about it, getting him fucked in court only gives everyone more RP.

If you’re watching a movie or a show, there are villains that you hate a lot because they go beyond what is acceptable. They draw emotions out of you even if you don’t want to react. Role playing is pretty similar. It’s not really true RP if you say stuff like “criminals have to be nice/reasonable/respectable”.
