You're an experienced door to door marketer. Your product isn't selling very well. You don't have any money. What do you do?

Overall website impression: Your website is confusing so I leave and look for a competitor.

The homepage is very cluttered; it took me way too long to realize you're a pest control agency. If I were a potential customer, I would've left already. My visual map went like this:

Map (why am I looking at a map?) > Testimonial (read it, you give out free services) > Video (didn't play it) > Subtitle (doesn't tell me anything) > Request Form (services for what?) > Logo (finally, pest control!)

Not to mention that's the order each one loaded. Not good.

The pest page insect images have no indication that you should click on them and when you do, it's hard to tell that the descriptions actually change. You have the same problem on the FAQ page.

Your comparison page is useless. The sidebar image says "We are professional technicians that care," yet you only have 3 categories on your comparison chart. When I see this I think, "How will they care about getting rid of my all pests if they don't care enough about their own website?" I leave for your competitor.

Lastly, your video on every page is annoying and really not needed. If I watched it on the homepage, why would I watch it again on the contact page? It's the same video.

There's a lot more that can be commented on, but overall the site lacks a clear focus and the user experience is confusing and annoying. But don't worry, you're not alone. Most of our clients fall into this same trap with their website. However, if you're interested in fixing your site, you can check out our small business web services and we'll be happy to help you out. Feel free to PM us too.

Best of luck!
