170 Lees Avenue - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!

Yeah I feel like jumping straight to "I have PTSD because I am on edge and constantly afraid of roaches" is similar to saying "I have OCD because I like to keep myself organized"

At the same time, I'm not a doctor and I don't know this persons plight. I imagine living with bed bugs, cockroaches, brown recluse spiders, etc can be traumatic for some.

I can't lie though, I did roll my eyes when I read the PTSD bit. After giving it a bit of thought, I am terrified of bed bugs and mites. I used to work at a Pet store (large chain) and whenever we'd get a shipment of reptiles or birds with mite infestations, I would be worried for weeks about bugs crawling under my skin. I know that sounds absolutely insane but there are so many mite species that can infest human skin. The species of mites that infested the birds/ reptiles don't burrow in human skin but I was also afraid of carrying them on my clothes and my birds getting them.

Its been about 4 years since I worked there and I still get paranoid about it sometimes so I'm will venture to say that living with an infestation or coming into contact with one can fuck you up.
