I'm sure the engine or transmission has significant amounts of wear, and you should approach the purchase knowing that in a short time (1-5 years), you'll have to rebuild or replace the engine or transmission. Afterall, why now is the seller choosing to sell it? Something needs work.

To answer your question- $7500-9000 would be max value depending on where you live.

With that vintage, and miles, know that any misfire in the engine could be mechanical, and not just old spark plugs or a mis-timed ignition system.

The body being in good condition could be an indicator that the truck was taken care of, but 24 years is a very long time to neglect something if the owner wasn't 100% up on doing maintenance properly.
