5'1"/2", i weigh 135, want to be 120 and my ultimate goal is 110. any advice for getting rid of that stubborn pooch of nasty I highlighted in green?

Measureing cups aren't super accurate. You need to be weighing things out. Even liquids! You need more cardio. Atleast 2 hours worth. Spread it out throughout the day if you need too. Seems like weekends are your downfall. You would need to fast for longer than a day to make up for the weekend. That's why its important to stick to restricting the whole week. No cheat days. One bad day undoes all you've done during the week.

Also no one should be forcing you to eat. If you need too, lie to people. . . Tell them you already ate. Tell your BF you're on a diet if you need too. Keep yourself full at night with hot teas. Peppermint is a good one to drink. Keep yourself full throughout the day with diet sodas, coffee and tea.
