$700-$1000 desktop for gaming and youtube

I compiled this build for another reddit op.

This is the ideal build with everything (Including Windows 10 software, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse).

Its over-budget. If you want to keep it strictly under 1000$, remove the SSD (It keeps your Operating System and Installs games, boots up faster). Its not essential. The Hard Disk Drive (the one with 1TB) is where you store everything. Also, take only a single 8GB RAM stick. Then the total comes to around 1010$. You can upgrade the parts to achieve the ideal build in the future. The games will run at your desired resolution at your desired FPS. It will be less if you already have a copy of Windows or get it locally at a discount.
