73-year-old man with dementia fatally shot by Bakersfield police

I've been pulled over twice on my street. Last year after I bought my new truck I got pulled over. I was heading home and I had passed the police officer because he was already on the side of the road and had already pulled another car over. As I was about to turn on my street, I see headlights coming up on me real quick. I was pulled over as soon as I turned onto my street. The police officer asked if it was my truck because my truck matched a description of one that got stolen from my neighborhood. I still haven't seen anyone with the same truck as mine in my neighborhood. Second time was also on my street/white lane. The officer pulled me over after I had turned into my neighborhood and said that it was because I was going 5 mph above the speed limit on White Lane and I didn't use my turn signal to change lanes. There was also another police officer that pulled up in front of me. Never knew going 5 mph above the speed limit and not using a turn signal to change lanes required two police officers. I think his reason was BS, probably thought I stole the truck again and I guess it doesn't help that I'm brown driving a nice vehicle. I wonder if any BPD officers get on this subreddit? If so, was the second time a legit reason for 2 police officers?
