I dunno. Thing about reposts is that we could just not have them and then we could all see something none of us haven't seen. Reposts aren't bad or anything. It's not immoral to repost. Just wanting fresher contest is okay too.

Also, I've heard that people with high karma get favoritism over someone with low karma. I dunno if that's true, but if it is, when the chronic reposters do that it hurts worthy, new submissions by people who care more about sharing content than internet points.
