You can be put on academic probation unlimited times, but academic suspension is limited. They do like 4 months first suspension, 12 months 2nd time, 36 months 3rd time, 4th time kicked out.

Probation is basically the warning that hey your about to be booted out for awhile if you don't pull things up. Having a cgpa dip below 1.6 will put you on probation, the following semester if your sessional gpa is below 1.6 you'll be put on suspension. If your cgpa is still below 1.6 but your sessional was above 1.6 you'll continue probation. You clear probation by getting a cgpa above 1.6

I've been on 4 month suspension and probation again a year after, just keep trying and if you really need to take some extra bird courses
