The acting in season 4 has taken a huge plummet!

I mean again, you haven't really cited a specific scene or monologue to explain your point. Saying Clay Davis is "too over the top" (which i also dont agree with) is a broad generalization that realistically says nothing meaningful.
Saying you have an issue with the way a character is written is a more acceptable point of view but Bunk's ability to hold liquor is irrelevant. Since you still have not given a specific example of a scene or dialogue where you reference Bunk's acting as a "cartoon black cop" depiction, I cant accept that as an arguement. A)obviously this isnt a cartoon. B) what are the characteristics of a cartoon black cop? This is a subjective assessment of a fictional character that without a scene or quote to reference holds no water.
In regards to snoop you say her interaction with other characters is bad. I don't agree. I also don't see how you can say her line reading is poor either. You already know she is from Bmore so its not like her slang or accent is off. In fact its legitimate due to her locale. I'm harping on this but how can you say her character interaction is poor if you won't provide a specific instance of this? If anything, from her interactions with the Nail Gun clerk (here's my example), i would say that her interactions are not only memorable, but authentic. She doesnt break character even when dealing with normal citizens outside the game. Snoop (the character) is from the streets and represents that 24/7, just as you'd expect Snoop (the actress) to do IRL.
You are certainly entitled to have your opinion, however I think you may want to reconsider. Its easy to say that the actors/writers did not do a good job, especially when you have somewhat unrelatable characters like Snoop and Clay Davis. However I'd argue the opposite, i found myself rooting for these unrelatable characters like Snoop and in my case Marlo. I think thats why I say the acting/writing is some of the best I've seen. Unrelatable characters i couldnt help but root for would capture my attention and make me want to see more.
