Whenever Rajj would give her time to talk she would talk and no one would respond or ask questions, so she would just keep on talking and everyone else seemed bored. Rajj told her that sometimes the conversation just doesn't flow, mentioned how tired some of the guys were, and said that it's not her fault. I don't think Rajj really did anything wrong there.

Although I think he also didn't want the stream to get slow/boring at that point (the end of the show) because he had an ad to play at the end and probably didn't want viewers to leave. I remember on the last Rajjchelor after Kacey won she was reading out her notes and Rajj kinda stopped her and moved on to the ending of the show, then played an ad.
