After 30 years of dictatorship in Montenegro, the Dictator has fallen!

Pretty much, as long as he can continue to win democractically he won't transition into a dictator by name. Of course controlling state media, jailing journalists and judical members with the uncontestable charge of terrorism he has many of the powers a dictator has.

But i don't think he would actually become a dictator because for him to lose elections he would have to lose the popular muslim vote which is approx 60-70%, despite all his flaws he does actually care about the majority Sunni muslim who vote for him and i think he would step down if they no longer voted for him. There is also the fact that the approx 10-30% secular Turks despite making a smaller amount of the population are usually very intolerable to anti-democracy and would take action.
