Im not going over this again. You're clearly overlooking or disregarding what I'm saying. If the problem is not in relation to one of your hands being preoccupied and the fact that this results in your driving ability being impaired, but rather your "attention being divided" then tell me this:

1) Is your passenger not allowed to have a conversation with you whilst driving then? 2) Why were HANDSFREE DEVICES invented to tackle the issue telephone communication whilst driving?

At this point I think you are willfully ignorant.
