I joined AIA publishing a few months ago. Watched the first module and was not overly impressed. It doesn’t really get relevant to self publishing until module 2. Then I got diagnosed with cancer. I emailed them explaining the cancer diagnosis and asked for a refund since I had not published anything yet. They said they couldn’t give me my money back until I had published which costs more money and tried utilizing the program. You have one year to make this happen. I tried explaining that I was gonna be busy for the next several months dealing with all things cancer and would not be able to do that and they said they couldn’t make any exceptions.
