This is abslutely an issue on PC with aim.
Hard to really pin point what it could be, but switching to MW or any other FPS it feels perfect, but in this game something is super off.

I just wanted to share that I have done TONS of experimenting with settings and nothing really fixed it all the way.
But then today I say fuck it, and enabled mouse smoothing and then dropped a 50 kill game and aim felt quite a bit better...

NEVER have I had to enable mouse smoothing in a game (normally you want all that off and just have raw mouse input). But in this case it helped a lot.. so maybe there is something to look into there for the PC version.
