Allow me to clear some misunderstandings concerning "Jizya" under an Islamic State.

Because I have my immunology lectures out, and I really need to be studying. I was planning to reply before I sleep, but you haven't even given me an hour and you're complaining that I "didn't make it compatible with 2:256 and 18:17". I will reply fully soon, but in regard to Q18:29 (not Q18:17), I suggest looking at the consequences of unbelief. And hence, as I have discussed beforehand, only Allah is responsible for permitting someone to have faith or not, and this verse is a reflection of one's own right to believe or not -- the act of having faith or not -- not the consequences of it. I mean, the exact verse would go on to declare that those who disbelieve will be met with a severe consequence (Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire whose walls will surround them. And if they call for relief, they will be relieved with water like murky oil, which scalds [their] faces. Wretched is the drink, and evil is the resting place).

(Yes, that's 18:29 not 18:17 thanks) Of course 18:29 talks about the right of anyone to choose between believing and not believing, but under the ruling we're discussing it would render that as impossible as anyone who would then want to not believe will have to be executed, violating that right.

Claiming they are suspicious without demonstrating how does little to prove your point.

The hadith you stated is from al-Kafi, the book has absolutely no legitimacy for Sunnis and even within Shi'ism, it is regarded to have many false narrations. In fact, Shia' believe that the hadith of Ali (ra) burning apostates as totally fabricated.

Are you serious? Not only have you twisted what I have said, you turned my "Anjem" is a bad guy into a good guy?! Even what I said was to you?! You can't be this dishonest.

You stated: "bless that man", I interpreted it that way. Sorry if I misread you. Really sorry!
