Botanist is an example of a fight where you rarely have to switch targets (only twice the entire encounter) but the chest is so strong that you'd use it over EoC+nightbane chest even if it was 925. Sure it's good for Krosus (assuming you ignore adds) and augur (assuming you only kill the first add, might not be worth it if you're killing 2 adds) but those are the only fights where you aren't switching targets. I never said it was bad-only that it isn't BiS for enh.
Exactly my point, there is situations to use this in. I'm not arguing anything except that there is situations you will use this 925 socketted trinket instead of the Legendary chest; even with an 875 NB chest.
I literally simmed the two sets and swapped out various trinkets, it pulls ahead with other set ups while still wearing an 875 chest. His argument is that you won't ever use this with the legendary chest, and that is absurd. You would in a single target situation, especially if you don't have any other alternative. It's fucking 925 with a socket and is one of the highest simming trinkets for the class when coupled with the chest.
There is plenty of people running around with Memento of Angerboda or high ilvl Chrono Shards in top end guilds because in this RNG expansion you can't always expect to have the full BiS list. This is an example of that. It's not in the complete optimal BiS list, but it's good enough that you would use it at that ilvl.
And for NB Frond, every class is reporting frond sims as skewed. It's not bad, but it's overrated. There hasn't been any reports recently of EoC being skewed from what I've seen, so I don't think I'm wrong for saying NB Frond isn't a reliable sim.
Also speculating about 7.2 tier this early is laughable
Shaman 4set is "Stormstrike critical strikes increase the damage of your next Crash Lightning by 30%, stacking up to 10 times." so obviously crit will gain a lot of value from it. The difference between Tomb mythic loot is only 15 ilvl, which means this will still be on par with the 920 mythic loot until something better comes along.
