I don’t think people should criticize the author for this tho. But more like a suggestion. No author should be criticized for not following the fans’ opinions unless the author doesn’t know what they are doing and sucks at their job. Fan fiction exists. Fans should just suggest the author. The author just chooses 26 fighters in order to fight in the tournament and it turns out that she just likes men more to be fit into the category. And I think the Valkyries make a great thematic with Greek mythology on how the women and men were once one but got separated by the gods by they were too strong by now fighting together by forming. lol. I am more of a type of guy that don’t care as long as the characters are good. Not saying you can’t have opinions. Just don’t criticize the author for your opinion. It’s the author’s choice and they know what they are doing. Suggest them instead.
