Alright. Let's talk about the split-stat PTR change.

I think alot of the Negative feedback is because most players haven't done the match and dont understand the full effects of this patch. In my opinion, their are a few reasons why this patch might not be a bad thing.

1.) Their is absolutely no way to get the extra 50 stat points (max bonus from all split stat gear) while also having 200 con. 200 con is one of the most OP bonuses in the game, and they just buffed it even more. I believe this was intentional, and they want to have the 200 con perk be a direct antithesis to a full split stat build. Essentially you would would either pick a boost to DPS with an extra 50 attributes in STR/DEX/INT, or you would give yourself bonus survivability with 200con.

2.) Off the top of my head their are only 3 *mainstream* build that utilize split stats currently, Skitzo (SnS/Hatchet), Void Bladers, and Muskets. The Skitzo and Void Bladers were already very strong classes, however they are receiving fairly hard nerfs along with the split stat patch, so these classes wont become overpowered due to this change. As for muskets, i think we can all agree that muskers are doo doo and we hate them, but its not like they are super common or OP so giving them a buff isnt the worst thing.

3.) Regarding all the people upset about their gear no longer being BIS, welcome to MMOS. Hoenstly this is long overdue, the game is approaching one year of release and the only BIS perks that had been added since launch are Thwarting Strikes and Shirking Fort.
