no way. the idea is to let these guys generate as much wealth during their lifetimes as possible without forcing them to re-destribute any of it until they want/need to .... and clearly, jeff ain't exactly done trying to take over the world at AMZN

guys like buffett, gates, zuck (and i'm sure bezos will follow) literally pledge to donate 99% of their wealth to global charities/organizations when they die. so, for them, to give money/time early on cuts into their capital (both $ and human), which can be used to generate mounds and mounds of value for all current stakeholders--and all future stakeholders (ie. the entire freakin world)
