An eclipse approaches my neighborhood, what eclipse myths exist in your worlds?

I haven't cemented yet, but I believe there's one in my new world, Primorial.

The embodiment of the living realm, Sarvashaktimaan, gave humans Chakras (Unlike real life mythology, each human has a "supercenter," which is one Chakra that's influences a person more than the others.) Like real life, each Chakra was based on a color, with purple on the "top" and red on the "bottom."

But at the end of the "Archaic Age," a rigid caste system based on the supercenters was put into place, and a second planet was colonized to mark the new age. Royals were everything, peasants less than nothing.

Sarvashaktimaan voiced her divine objection by causing a dual eclipse on both planets. When the sun returned, the colors of Chakra had been flipped; now the top was red, and the bottom was purple. She did this, because purple was a massive part of royalty's identity, and painting them red was supposed to make them think.

It didn't, and the royals quickly adapted, but now people in a position of authority fear eclipses. What if Sarvasha scares them with another reality flip? Peasants, on the other hand, hold onto it as the time when the rich got totally scared and it was awesome.
