An ethnic map of the United States by county majority [2000x1267] [OC]

Thank you for the sourced information. However I'd like to point out a few things. First being the diversity thing. The source you provided uses Simpsons method of diversity accountability. Meaning it takes the city itself and looks at how many black people and white people occupy the city as a whole. This is an inherent issue because it doesn't take into account segregation. In California (actually in a lot of areas not just the south and california) neighborhoods and districts are associated as black only or Latino only. There isn't a whole lot of mingling of races. Now originally this was due to how these cities were built (being that back in the day segregation was typical and accepted) however what I'm saying is even now I hear people in different neighborhoods talk trash about other neighborhoods because of the different culture. Which is inherently racist no? If not racist at least not good for the city. It's not a California only problem but I think op's claim of scoffing at others is rediculous because California Definately inherits this issue as well.

Also as for the claims of taxes and infrastructure I was mainly attributing that to Los Angeles. I constantly forget how amazing north California is and how it's still a part of california. San Francisco are infrastructure, public transit and taxes are amazing.

I think though you can agree LA'S roads/bridges/pipelines are not that great. Do a quick Google search and you'll see what I'm talking about. (I'm on mobile and I'm too lazy to link anything). Also do a Google search of how many business LA ran out because of rediculous additional business taxes they attribute.

However you were right there's a ton of places in California that are amazing. I just think a lot of people in LA need to wake up and realize their city isn't as great as they think it is and should try to start fixing it
