In arma 3 single thread performance is what carries the game...

You have a pretty good cpu though (you can find benchmarks on YouTube you should have similar single thread performance with the 5800x (about 1-5% take or leave it)

There is no tangible multi core optimization (your other cores are utilized like 5% so if that 5% amounts to something then it can impact frame rate but keep in mind that a single thread is doing the heavy lifting)

And your gpu utalization is poor as well, so some 3rd party applications(such as reshade) could improve performance.

Expect between 25 - 50 FPS with ai no matter what hardware you get... good missions optimization is the name of the game...
