Looking for funder + developers

I own a business, a server hosting company mainly dedicated to hosting SharePoint servers for energy industry clients. As a bi-product of this business, I have various high quality dual Xeon or intel i7 dedicated ArmA / Teamspeak servers running windows server 2012 R2 on a Cox Business Connection, redundant, with a centurylink DSL connection as the #2. In addition to owning this hosting company and being a sharepoint administrator, I also double up as an Asp.net web application developer with C# preference, to round out my skillset.

Also, I'm me. :-D - If you don't know who I am, I'm a hardcore modder building a rep in the community, with various modifications floating around. Check me out at A3MilSim.Com!

I've been the "make or break" for several milsim units, and as a programmer and asset modeler / configurist, I am in rather high demand.

It would seem, based on your post, that you ultimately are seeking someone in my position. I don't finance so much as I completely eliminate the cost of operation with ownership of assets. I had considered going commercial with my assets in this community before, but I have a lot on my plate as it is.

I might possibly be interested in a business venture, provided you can treat it like a real business (it sounds like you plan to) and there is a reasonable profit margin in it.

I also have no issue with you age, despite the fact I am almost 30. When I was 15, I also had some decent business ideas, and despite youthful mistakes, I have never had to work a real job thanks to my entrepreneurial spirit. Congrats to you for ambition and courage. Many lack it.

So what would I, or any real business investor want from you? I'm gonna want to see a "business plan" . Basically, this information presented in a proposal packet:

Have you done research into the BIS rules / policies regarding server monetization? What is your plan / policy to profit while adhering to server monetization policies set forth by BIS?

What are your projected earnings? Quarterly? YTD? Any profit history? Current monetary pledges?

Planned profit sharing: If we make money, who gets how much, when?

Any collateral? What do investors get in the event of a total loss?

Who are your partners? Ages, education history, etc...any criminal history? A convicted thief or meth addict on the team would be a deal breaker.

And finally, of course: What do you plan to do different than other communities? How do you plan to avoid pitfalls that have befallen other communities? What do you offer / do different that will prompt people to pay up ?

Have a look at some business proposal templates on google to get an idea of how people construct and deploy business proposals. A professional sensible proposal will go a long way in making your dream a reality.

If you are serious and wish to submit a proposal to me, please PM me for my email address. You can submit the completed proposal for review that way.

Good Luck, and Thanks! -Cody Salazar AKA TMN Fr33d0m Founder, Owner | A3MilSim.Com
