This is a great premium part list for your price range, the only thing I didn't manage to do was fit the Asus ROG 1060 6GB in there. It's 50$ more expensive than the EVGA model in there, so the price may or may not be justified, but it would fit the overall look of your build even better. (It shows as 1310$ on the site but the markup uses all merchants so if you order using it you could definitely fit it in)

You're free to adjust it as you like of course. While I think 8GB of RAM is definitely enough, some might argue that 16 is more prevalent nowadays. You also might not want to order from several retailers, in which case I could redo it with your preferred ones instead.
