Sounds like you're just playing on pretty shitty servers to be honest.

I only play Tanoa because most kids can't afford the DLC and I never had any of the problems you described. Sure, I got killed at spawn a couple times, it happens, but never 4 times in a row.

Yes you have to search for stuff and spawns are random, it's like playing Arma 3 and complaining that there are guns in it. That is literally what the mode is about, it is even implied in it's name.

The servers I play on have stamina enabled, why would you EVER disable stamina? It completely destroys any semblance of balancing. I probably logged about 60 hours into wasteland and the times I got killed by a Navid or an SPMG I can count on one hand, also no bush wookies. It's actually a pretty nice mix of Weapons and Gear, since many players don't make to a store with a lot of money and if they do, they probably opt for stats rather than looks.

This rant of yours is pretty pointless and childish, you are new to the game and suck, so what? Don't blame the game or some mode for it. Wasteland isn't for everyone, so you can choose to stay away from it, that is the beauty of Arma after all. But what you described sounds nothing like my Wasteland experience.
