If a company has different qualities of phenibut from their capsules to their powder, the company would be long gone out of business. You’re paying extra for them buying capsules and capping them for you, not for higher quality phenibut (not saying that’s what you’re referring to, i just have seen many people say capsules are higher quality phenibut because they are more expensive). Their powder should be the same quality or a buyer would have called them out already, that’s not how successful companies run business.
