Meh, he posts incorrect answers and then gets upset when he's downvoted and criticized for it.

I picked a couple of his complaints at random and had a look, and found nothing wrong with them.

If you click on that link and actually look at what that user does, it seems very helpful and useful indeed. That andrew-barber praises people for good answers, and provides good reasons.

Have a look at his actual history and judge for yourself whether you think he deserves to be criticized for what he does.

And then after that he complains about a post that was mistakenly closed 8 years ago. A user then called the person who closed it a 'retard' and the post was reopened.
