Any reason why people should take him seriously? Torchwood and Goat were not OP.

I believe Torchwood needs a big buff to his leaf shield. If Popcap wants to make him more up close than far away, that's fine with me, but at his current state he is a suicide character. He needs to be up close to be able to do a good amount of damage, but he's so big that getting up close is hard, and if he does he'll be like Chomper and get one kill then get killed. If his leaf shield is buffed, he could get up close and live easier.

As for Hovergoat, he did the same damage as Soldier, but his reload time was much slower, leaving him vulnerable in a close up, 1v1 situation. It seems like, especially on defense, he's weak now. If he tries to support a Captain Deadbeard (in my opinion Hovergoat's best position was sniping alongside a soldier or Deadbeard) he can't do much damage now shooting with him, and Hovergoat definitely isn't supposed to just sit there and damage boost others, he is supposed to do damage too. Is he supposed to be played along side attacking characters? If so, he is an easy target and gets shot down quickly. People can argue that Hovergoat is supposed to just be a support, but if that's the case then no one will play him. These characters are already played little enough (at least from my experience on PC and how I personally feel about them) they don't have customizations, take a month to unlock, got nerfed quite severely, and one is a suicide bomber and another one is a support.

I think Popcap went from 0-100 with these nerfs. They should have had smaller changes, seen what the community thought, and then think about bigger changes after they had taken that into consideration.
