What’s a trade secret you know from working the industry?

currently in nursing school. we’re taught to have compassion even if we get yelled at.

but. you didn’t hear it front me. i’ll deny it :) if you get loud or insult the nursing staff and you need blood drawn or anything that we have to do, they use the big needles etc. just a heads up.

the pregnancy tests we do in the clinic are the same brand that you could buy over the counter. save yourself a co-pay and gas money.

idk why most people don’t know this, but if your doctor is the type to rush thru the appointment and never give you his full attention, you have the right to speak up in the room. like actually tell them you have to focus. LOL i always have people come to me AFTER the visit. i’ve coached them on what to say. and if they still rush thru, make a courtesy call to your insurance.
