I worked here before. Magandang company ito -- sadly I had to leave to focus on my business na lang instead of climbing the rank and file. Kung nagstart ka pa lang sa career mo, do not get discouraged sa mga naririnig mong hearsay from people who did not get to work there.
As for compensation, they had many bonuses outside the law mandated 13th month pay. Example, sa January may leave conversion, kung di ka gagamit ng leave in one year then that's your 14th month pay. In May at November meron namang performance bonus, kung magaling ka sa work mo for one semester each (April~September at October~March) then it will be your 15th and 16th month pay respectively. Meron pang Year-End bonus at Clothing Allowance sa March, at Mid-year bonus sa September at Christmas bonus syempre sa December (portion lang ng monthly salary kaya di namin considered as Nth month pay lol).
As for rendered OT, hangga't maari ayaw ng management un mag OT. Controlled ang OT per month. Kapag lalampas ka na, yun manager mismo ang magsasabi bawal ka na mag OT, uuwi ka ng maaga (unless walang papalit sayo sa task na yun). Kaya naging problem yang OT sa iba kasi mabagal sila magtrabaho, or di sila gumawa ng improvement sa process nila kaya laging hapit sa deadline. You are expected to work as SOFTWARE ENGINEER so dapat mag take initiative ka to develop automation tools. Use Python, Excel VBA, RPA or whatever language/platform you like -- as long as you can get the job done efficiently.
As for opportunity abroad, you can get to work for 1 year (pwede maextend depende sa project) sa Japan with 6-digit salary. Hindi lahat nabibigyan ng gantong opportunity sadly, kailangan magaling ka sa nihongo at sa work mo para marequest na ipadala ka. Meron naman in-house training ng nihongo dun pero need pa rin ang effort sa pag study.
Sa work setup naman, naka hybrid sila. 4 days sa office at 1 day WFH. May flexi-time pag regular ka na. If papasok k sa office ng 6:30am pwede ka na mag out ng 3:30pm. Pwede mo pa ipa-change yun shift mo if nag aaral ka ng masteral -- ganun sila kaluwag pagdating sa career development.
Anyway, wag mo sayangin yun opportunity kasi nadiscourage ka lang ng mga hindi naman nagwwork dun. Good luck!
