So beyond unhappy with Monster Break Billiards. I ordered this gorgeous Eight Ball Mafia cue stick from them, paid for priority shipping, the website said it was in stock. 2 weeks later I call because it still hasn’t shipped yet. After some phone tag, I get a hold of Luke, and he tells me it may or may not come in the next shipment which is in another week and that it was out of stock this whole time. So then why did the website say in stock, I asked. He admitted that they couldn’t keep up with all the shipments of updating their website. I’m beyond disgusted by the business ethics to not even be able to update your own website. I rhetorically asked him, why would I have ordered it if it were out of stock, which I don’t even think you can do…and why would I have put priority shipping on it for it not to come until a month after I placed the order. Thank God for the full refund but beyond disgusted by this business. It was such a gorgeous pool cue too.
