Anyone want to share their DNP diet? (In relative detail)

Quick background: I have 10 years lifting experience (though only started serious and consistent training 3 years ago), and plan to begin gear next year. My objective this year was to lose as much fat as possible, because you always want to start gear lean. Anyway, the reason I mentioned those is because I noticed a lot of people on DNP also run gear simultaneously, so my experience might be a useful "natty" reference.

I am currently on the second of two planned DNP cuts, and during the first cycle I experimented with 75mg of T3 and 500mg of DNP daily. My diet started off with zero carb - i've had success in the past WITHOUT DNP with a zero carb diet so I thought it would work even better with DNP. nope, it was not good. energy levels wise, it was actually fine. the main issue is for some weird reason, i simply wasn't losing weight with zero carb, beyond the initial few pounds.

So I then switched over to a 40/40/20 diet (p/c/f) at the same caloric deficit (-1000 kcals), and my weight started coming off. Every day I would lose at least 1-2 pounds. The problem is that I was losing way too much muscle.... my strength drop at the gym was ridiculous.

So.... I stopped the cut, and bulked up a bit before running a second cycle. I'm in the middle of my second cycle, and I think I've discovered the best combination for myself - 25mcg T3, 50mcg Clen and 500mg DNP daily. I lowered the T3 because at 75mcg the catabolism was insane, at 25mcg it feels fine and I am barely losing strength at the gym. I threw clen in because of the purported anti-catabolic effect, and also because I believe clen works in a different mechanism than DNP at weight loss, they should theoretically stack. Also, the slight stimulant effect is helpful to combat lethargy from DNP. My conclusion is that this is a far more effective stack than my first cycle - I'm still losing weight at 1-2 lbs a day, except my strength decline is much much more controlled this time. My diet is 50/30/20 this time, at a -1000 kcal deficit.
