Play the game and make measly wages or just get terminated. Side note, temps work there for 9 months to a year before getting hired on, it's supposed to be 3 months or 550 hours. Side side note, we've (3rd shift) worked 6 day weeks since august last year 1st and 2nd, barely any OT and no mandatory 6 day weeks until the covid and even that's sparse.
