History: Shai'la's past is colored by what originally seemed like it would grow into a bright future - raised in an upper-class neighborhood, she was sent to a prestigious school at the age of 13. In her second year, she was kidnapped by a drug cartel along with several classmates that were trafficked onto different home worlds in the outer rim. For years she lived under the threat of death for any disobedience to the gang, and eventually decided that death would be worth the attempt at escape. She planned for months, taking several precautions and setting up measures at various points around the city she was being held captive in. She told nobody, opting to leave her friends behind - suspecting that doing so would just result in their deaths when they inevitably ratted her out in fear. It was better to set an example rather. At least, that's what she told herself at first - she carries a heavy weight of guilt now.
For years, she's been running, despite no certainty that anyone is chasing her. She's worked with many low-life groups. She fits in well, but dislikes the atmosphere. Yet, this is the only life she knows - so she takes it.
Personality: Shai'la has been emotionally broken, and reacts very little to attempts to humiliate her. She is highly perceptive, and perhaps more adept at understanding things rather than doing much about it. She's pessimistic about the outcome of her future, and abuses drugs a little more than she should. She's not oblivious to her poor choices, she just doesn't see much of a point when life hasn't given her anything good to work with.

(( I did this right, correct? I have 1 in "Force", thus granting 1 Force ability, which in my case is "Phase" -- However, my character would really have something more like "Force Awareness" if such a thing exists in this game. If I could exchange it for that, I'd do so. Something that would allow Shai'la to be highly aware of surroundings, see past barriers, etc. Sort of like battle awareness for out-of-combat purposes. ))
