Audio turns into Loud static, until I change driver, then repeats

No clue at all, the Run as Administrator failed, after second reboot and running manually at startup there was simply Zero sound coming out SPDIF Optical out, VM and Windows both showed audio, and audio from headphones just fine. Rebooted, removed Run as Admin, and started up VM and its working again.

Im leaning to rolling back to Windows 10, I can see or think of Nothing, I only upgraded to 11 last week, and I wish I had paid more attention but there is a Real chance this only started after I upgraded to 11. The more I troubleshoot and ramble in here the more that makes sense to me, a Windows 11 issue.

Im also 14 minutes into a video on game PC, and watching a livestream on Primary PC without it happening since last reboot when I disabled Admin. Changed nothing else, just three total reboots enabling and disabled run as Admin. This is why Im so confused lol, this trick will Not work next time it happens. The same trick never seems to work the second time I try it, so all I can assume is a bad driver that hasnt been updated to work well with Windows 11. The ASUS driver download page even says Windows 10 no mention of 11.

Its just, So Crazy Loud lol, I keep my soundbar up to about 3/4 max volume and just hook Media Keys in VM since shoot 2018-19 now, on three computers, its a paid VM Potato license and all. It simply Has to be Windows 11, I got Nothing! Oh how I wish I had paid better attention when this started, I even fully formatted both computers once since this began lol

So Loud

Still hasnt done it since the reboot. Over 20 minutes now...
