Thats been my point all along. If all religious people were like Mr Rogers or Jimmy Crater it would be different. Ever person has personal beliefs of some kind id just prefer it be based on rational thought and common sense. How many times has some rep or senator used religion as an excuse to do something horrible? Take a look at most southern states. Shitholes ruled by religion. Record rates of drug use, teen pregnancy and abortion, lowest literacy rates and hs graduation rates. Worst health and almost all are welfare states. They get more back from the goverment then they make. If it wernt for California and NY pulling them along the rest of the country would be screwed.
