I'm sorry you got the wrong idea. I'm used to modding with automated removal reasons. It's how all the big subs operate. I almost completely mod from a list of tasks and not from the sub itself. If you look at my history you'll see it's mostly automated comments. So I mean, I guess I could write out a comment for each removal but it would potentially add a few hours a week to the job of modding the sub. Which doesn't sound like a lot but most mods can only donate so much of their time, and if I have a large list of MaM posts staring at me and I've only got 30 min to spare, I'm not going to be able to get to all of them if I deviate from the mod tabs.

So, yes, of course it hurts my feelings a little bit that I take those 30 minutes to review posts... As much time as I spend on subs with 10 times more subscribers... That I'm being attacked for not doing enough. Not only not doing enough but being malicious about it. I'm literally giving this sub as much time and effort as I can. if that isn't good enough then I don't know what to tell you, I can't create time where there is none. All I can do is add mods and hope they don't ghost and actually help pick up the slack. The recent adds I know are active in challenging subs. So I'm hopeful. But nothing I do in the sub (with the exception of being immature) is malicious. I've never called anyone a name (I've been called many names). I've never instigated anything with anyone. I only respond when someone comes at me with baseless insults. Which I shouldn't do, I admit. But I don't think this makes me as bad as you guys have made me out to be. I'm still the one spending time to keep you guys from seeing sex spam and broken links.
