I have been a serious vegan for a decade but I felt pure glee when I saw a bedbug trapped in my box spring encasement post treatment, knowing that’s where she would slowly starve and die.

I have a live and let live policy, as long as they do not interfere with my livelihood.

But for these eldritch horrors, peace will never be an option. Because of them my insomnia is at full force, I have completely changed my sleep habits for the worse and the thought that I might not be able to eradicate them completely (don't have the revenue for heat treatment nor pest control) brings me much annoyance.

Oh, how I wish there was a way to lure all these creatures into one spot and commit genocide to the entire species. The thought entertains me, and I quickly realize I'm becoming a sociopath in the thought to eradicate these abominations of nature.

But yeah. Peace was never an option.
