BestBuy Employees Be Like...

Yep. I was a DA covert for at least the last year of my time there and that's probably what really pushed me over the edge. I even helped launch the Technology Education Agent (TEA) program from the ground up and did that for 4 years.

When I first got the DAC position, they promised that I would be fully trained for it before I took over the last agent. Nope... Not even close. I ended up being the only responding agent for my entire market without being trained for it.

Constantly getting sent out to businesses for extremely complex jobs that GS wasn't even suppose to do was always fun. /s Then having your manager say, "Just figure it out." was even better.

Handling all that (literally) alone, then working the online support platform on top of all the other standard DA duties...

Oh, and only getting paid $16/hour for all of that, after being with the company for 10 years really made me feel like my time was valuable to the company. /s

My God, what was I thinking...
