On the topic of refreshrate and how "fluid" something is/feels, it certainly was a massive gamechanger for me personally and many people around me who got to try it.

I can never go back now, heck, I've even gotten myself a phone with a high refreshrate screen. because of it. Everything is just to beautifully soft and fluid, precise and comforting on the eyes. Just scrolling down am excel table, reading a pdf, playing Need for Speed ... I dunno, I envy you, I'd also love to be so indifferent about it and not really care, yet I can't.

Ok, admittedly, for casual gaming it ain't comparable to what 30->60fps was, but besides that, gosh is it an experience.
